Experienced Brewer at Wimbledon Brewery

Since launching in 2015, The Wimbledon Brewery has quickly established as a producer of award-winning beers including International Brewing Awards and World Beer Awards gold medals.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head Brewer, the Brewer will be expected to have a good knowledge of the brewing process. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Wort production on a 50hl Brew Kit.
- Cellaring, including CIPs, tank actions, quality checks, and yeast management.
- Packaging, including kegging, cask washing and racking, and canning.
- Stock control and inventory management.
- Ensuring adherence to our statutory obligations, HACCP Plan, Quality Management System and Health & Safety Procedures.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of brewing experience with a professional Brewing Qualification or willing to work towards one (support will be provided).
- Attention to detail and practical mindset.
- Basic lab skills.
- A passion for beer and the development of new beers.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, prioritise, adapt to changing situations and stay focused on objectives.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 25kg repeatedly.
- Forklift license or willing to get one (training will be provided).
- Basic Engineering knowledge / experience is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
