Your Role:
A successful Taproom & Events manager will be tasked with the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of taproom operations and selling/managing the events spaces. We’re looking for a highly efficient and organised individual with previous managerial experience in the hospitality/Events industry, with a great focus at providing the best experience possible for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Taproom

• Managing day to day operations of the taproom
• Maintaining a clean and tiny bar and cellar
• Ensuring a welcome environment
• Managing stock levels
• Creating staff rotas
• Looking for new business opportunities and managing partnerships
• Take care of booking platform (Design my Night) for table and brewery tour bookings

Training

• Training bar staff to the highest standards
• Ensuring everyone is knowledgeable about our products and new releases

Events

• Creating, promoting and managing taproom events
• Managing event platforms and driving event revenue
• Booking and planning private hire events at our beer hall / function room

Beer Knowledge

• Keeping up to date with craft beer trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

• At least 1 years experience in a managerial role in hospitality/events
• Have exceptional customer service and people skills
• Be self sufficient with a start up mentality to find new revenue streams
• Be organised, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills
• Embrace a positive, proactive attitude towards work
• Be passionate about about craft beer
• Hold the right to live and work in the UK
