Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our products to pubs, restaurants, retailers, and customers. You’ll represent our brand on the road and at the point of delivery, so professionalism and a positive attitude are essential.

As part of our team at Gipsy Hill, you will be delivering out of our vans on your own some days, and some days as a team of 2 for high volume deliveries and to pubs that require 2 people to deliver.
Our vehicle insurance policy has specific requirements. Applicants must be able to meet our insurer's criteria. Where additional premiums apply (ie due to age), this will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders accurately and on time to customers
• Load and unload kegs, casks, and packaged products
• Ensure all deliveries are handled safely and in line with company procedures
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues
• Assist in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ delivery and driving experience (essential)
• Full, clean, valid UK driving licence – Category B (essential); C1 licence or above (advantageous)
• Valid driver CPC (desirable)
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy kegs/cases (essential)
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Knowledge of local areas/routes (advantageous)
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) – training can be provided

Salary: £30,784 per annum
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (1 hour unpaid break each day) - 40 worked hours per week
