Nirvana Launches ‘Nirvana Best’ and New Look

Nirvana Brewery, the UK’s pioneering no/low alcohol brewery, has introduced Nirvana Best, marking an exciting new chapter in their impressive portfolio. This marks the brewery’s first-ever Amber Ale, with a distinctive 0.5% ABV, and is their take on a quintessentially British Best Bitter.

Available in 500ml bottles and keg, Nirvana Best also features the brewery’s bold new branding, which will soon be seen across its entire eight-strong range. This refreshed look brings an added touch of modernity to their already innovative and quality-driven offerings.

Nirvana Best is the brewery’s fourth release of 2024, following the highly successful launch of their Pils in June. Described as a ‘homegrown classic,’ the beer offers a full-bodied taste with a rich, malty backbone thanks to the use of Maris Otter and Amber malts. A subtle addition of oats enhances the mouthfeel, while classic English Goldings hops lend earthy, floral, and spicy notes, balancing out the beer’s complex yet refreshing bitterness. Subtle caramel undertones further enhance the depth of flavour, making it a truly distinctive beer in the no/low space.

As the brewery continues to expand its offerings, Nirvana Best now brings the total number of beers available in 500ml format to four. This move is designed to cater to both stockists and drinkers, with versatility across multiple categories, from casual drinkers to aficionados seeking a refreshing, low-alcohol ale.

Becky Kean, founder and brand ambassador of Nirvana Brewery, shared her excitement about the release:

“Since we started back in 2016, we’ve had requests from customers for a ‘real ale’ or traditional Best Bitter. Now, as we approach our tenth anniversary, we’ve brewed one that ticks all the right boxes – an outstanding homegrown beer, featuring classic ale malts and hops.”

With Nirvana Best, the brewery is continuing its mission to craft high-quality, flavour-forward beers in the no/low category, further cementing its place as a leader in the space.
