New Member Spotlight: Drop Project Brewery

We are excited to welcome Drop Project Brewery as the latest member of the London Brewers Alliance! Founded in 2020 by a passionate team of craft beer enthusiasts, Drop Project Brewery based in Mitcham has quickly made a name for itself in the ever-evolving London brewing scene.

With a focus on hop-forward brews, Drop Project takes inspiration from the best brewing traditions while incorporating innovative techniques to create fresh and exciting flavours. Their approach is all about exploration and experimentation, and they pride themselves on crafting beers that are not only enjoyable but also push the boundaries of what beer can be.

The brewery’s flagship offering Shifty, a New England IPA, has garnered significant acclaim for its juicy character and complex aroma, earning it a loyal following among local beer lovers. Their commitment to sustainability is evident in their operations, utilising eco-friendly practices wherever possible, from sourcing ingredients to packaging and to minimising waste in their brewing process.
