Sambrook’s Brewery was founded in 2008 in the heart of Battersea with the ambition of reviving brewing in London. Originally known for our cask ales, over the years we have expanded our offering and now produce a range of award-winning modern and traditional beer styles in cask, keg, can, and bottle. We brew on the UK’s oldest continuously brewing site (since 1533) and are proud to be keeping the rich history of the UK brewing industry alive.

As a member of our small brewing team, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging process, learning all aspects of what is needed to make and sell beer.

What will the candidate be doing?

  • Beer packaging across cask and keg lines
  • Working with the rest of the Brewing Team to ensure beer quality remains high and meets exact specifications
  • Managing the intake, washing, and cleaning of casks and kegs
  • Monitoring fermentation, dry hopping, and beer filtration
  • Handling beer tank transfers, carbonation, and cellar management
  • Organising finished goods stock within the brewery
  • Carrying out Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures on tanks and maintaining general cleanliness across the brewery

The shift pattern usually consists of Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work required.
