Belleville Brewery Taproom is hiring a part-time Assistant Taproom Manager to help lead shifts, support staff, and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced, community-focused taproom over the summer months.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily taproom operations
- Supervise and support taproom staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
- Handle cash, POS, and closing procedures
- Support scheduling, inventory, and events
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and alcohol compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a bar, taproom, brewery, or restaurant
- Leadership or shift-lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and reliability
- Available evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management
Job Type: Fixed term contract mid-March to mid-October; Part-time employment 20 hrs a week
