Brewer at Villages Brewery

VILLAGES was born from a shared love of great beer and the joy of bringing people together. From our arches in the heart of Deptford, we’ve built a brewery that thrives on collaboration, creativity and community spirit. Now we’re looking for a new brewer to join our family.

This is a hands-on role at every stage of the process: brewing, guiding fermentations, and packaging beer into cans and kegs. You’ll keep standards high, from meticulous cleaning and record keeping through to recipe development and fresh ideas. It’s practical, physical, rewarding work where your efforts can be tasted and savoured in every glass.

We’d love someone with a year or two of professional brewing experience, ideally supported by relevant studies in brewing or food science. Just as important is curiosity, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a small, close-knit team. Above all, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for beer, people, and community.
