Biercraft founded in 2013 is a London based beer distributor and importer working with a portfolio of the top breweries in the country and beyond. From our temperature controlled warehouse in NW10 we supply the country’s leading restaurants, hotels, pubs, bars and shops with delicious beer. Job Title: Sales Account Manager London
Location: London, UK
The role: Full-time Account Management and Business Development to achieve annual revenue / margin and new business targets within London.
- Manage and develop a list of existing Biercraft customers to achieve full potential
- Responsible for identifying and targeting significant new customers (high profile or high revenue / margin accounts) with a focus on the premium London on-trade and independent off-trade
- Work with the current team to help elevate the company profile and reputation
- Reporting into the Head of Sales and working with the team to achieve sales targets
- Take responsibility for representing the Biercraft portfolio in London, acting as an ambassador for the producers we represent
Skills and Experience
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- A desire and drive to achieve sales targets
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
- A working knowledge of beer and the producers we work with an interest to learn necessary
- A good knowledge of and an excitement and passion for the London restaurant trade
- Good organisational skills, the ability to deal with administrative tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Ability to balance working independently and as part of a team
- Positive outlook and excellent communication skills that reflect the company’s core values
- Proficient in Excel and good all-round IT skills
- Attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to top quality customer service
Key Performance Indicators
- Sales performance vs. revenue / gross profit target
- New business developments vs. budget
- Progress against agreed personal objectives
Remuneration
- Base salary of £34k
- Plus quarterly bonus payments linked to account turnover and margin targets which we expect to be at least an additional £10k per annum
- 25 days holiday per year
