About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, as the New Business Manager for London, you'll play a leading and crucial role in developing new Direct Business in the On-Trade, for our business in line with our growth plans. You will have the support of our Account Managers and Brand Ambassadors to manage and activate and bring to life new accounts in line with our position and ambitions as a Top 5 Craft Beer brand in the UK.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish and bring on key new business and partnership opportunities in London based on targets and KPIs set by the business.
  • Create and execute activation plans for new business to drive Rate of Sale.
  • Alongside the Commercial Manager, to put together annual Joint Business Plans with key customers.
  • To work closely with the Account Managers to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered consistently.
  • To work within sales and marketing budgets to bring our brand to life within venues.

Who we’re looking for?
This is a senior role within the Sales Team. First and foremost, this role’s core focus is new business. We’re looking for a hunter, who gets a buzz from that winning feeling. A proven track record of business development and bringing on new business is essential. You will have connections and relationships with key decision makers within the UK On-Trade.
It goes without saying that you are a self-starter, confident in working under pressure with a sharp commercial brain, as well as being confident in pitching for new business through presentations and commercial meetings.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of success in sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Are a strategic thinker, able to turn ideas into action.
  • A passion for beer and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
