Are you enthusiastic and passionate about craft beer, and would like to help grow its presence in the historic Camden Market and beyond? 3 Locks Brewery is looking for a driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and drive consumer engagement as part of its expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Managing and growing the brewery's social media presence and online community.
• Creating engaging content (copy, images, basic video) for website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Organising and promoting trade and consumer events:
• Managing email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists.
• Managing relationships with beer and local influencers / media.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
• Supporting the sales and retail teams with marketing materials and promotions.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food, drink, or hospitality industry.
• Passion for craft beer and the brewing industry.
• Proven experience with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great organisation skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing platforms).
