Our taproom is our pride and joy and we are looking for a creative, energetic and hard-working assistant taproom manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers with a smile.
- Keeping The Taproom clean and tidy and doing all those jobs that no-one wants to do.
- Ordering stock including guest kegs and cans and snacks.
- Posting on social media.
- Updating the booking system and payment systems.
- Organising events The Taproom.
The post is a full-time position and you will work at least 2 full weekends per month. Salary to be discussed. We work a 40 hour week at Belleville and we give 20 days holiday per year excluding bank holidays. There is a company pension scheme and performance based bonus.
