About Us:
Founded in 2011 in a couple of railway arches in Hackney. We’re an independent brewery making progressive, vibrant beers in a socially conscious way. In 2021 we moved into our new home in E17 at our High Hill Brewery & Taproom site.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective and focused sales strategies
- Work at group level with multiple site operators and distributors.
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Take responsibility for the technical and professional development of the sales team
- Make presentations within the company and to customers
- Set budgets and targets for sales team within company sales and marketing plan
- Take responsibility for the recruitment of sales representatives within the team
Personal Specification:
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in a sales role.
- Evidence of delivering business value in a sales role
- Genuine interest and understanding of the craft beer industry
